Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle and accessible form of exercise that promotes physical and mental well-being. Poses are adapted so you feel safe. Recommendations, accommodations and modifications are offered so the postures are easy on your body. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body and respect your individual limitations. Learn to be both strong and flexible. Keep your joints supple.

The class includes guided meditation and breathing exercises, which help to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, and promote a sense of inner calm.

Online classes make it easy when you can’t always get to classes in person.

Chair yoga checks off all the boxes: feel better, feel strong, stretch, balance, relax, invigorate.
